She is survived by: her son Les Smith (Jennifer); her siblings, Don Baker (Joan), Malcomb, Jr., Eugene Baker (Melanie), Russell Baker of Wooton, KY and Betty Hoskins (Henry); and her grandchildren, Kenny Smith, Jr., Mary Smith Guffey, Thomas Glenn Smith of Bowling Green, KY, Mike Barlowe of Lexington, KY, Bobby Snell of Hazard and Sara Smith of Hazard. She is also survived by Great-Grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
