He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Begley and Cora Cornett Begley; and his siblings, Ruth Hunt, Opal Fields, Geraldine Elrod, Ruby McNew and Raymond Begley.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Wells Begley of Wooton, KY; his son James Begley of Lexington, KY; and his brother Rex Begley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
