He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Embry (Brent) of Fordsville, KY and Anna Combs of Berea, KY; his grandchildren, BreAnna, Brennan, Bradyn and Bryson; his great grandchildren, NovaLee, Spencer and AveriAnna; and his nephew Friends.
