He is survived by: his partner Buelah Hamilton; his children, Kenny Ray Allen (Hassie Combs) of Winchester, KY, Regina Ward of Arizona, Jacquetta Lynn Lewis and Sherree Danielle Lewis of Georgia; his grandchildren, Chasity Renee Jazzie, Kenny Allen Jr., Cedrick Hester, Jalyn Carter and Jamar Ward; and his niece Sarah Graves.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the View Chapel (352 Roy Campbell Dr, Hazard, KY 41701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
