She is survived by: her children, Keith Napier (Chasity) and Darlene Hughes (Phillip); her siblings, Elhanon Pennington of West Liberty, Harold Pennington (Caroline), Darrell Pennington (Liz), Lonnie Pennington (Donna), Helen Myers of Hazard, Perlina Fugate (Larry), Pauline Begley of Hazard, Jewel Harkins (Eddie), Essie Pennington of Hazard and Eulene Miller (Larry); her grandchildren, Keaton Napier, Bailey Couch, Chelsey Hughes, Kaleigh Napier, Kaden Napier and Destiny Hughes; and her great grandchildren, Paisley Couch, Easton Napier and Octavia Couch. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends and dedicated co-workers.
