He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Moore and Diana Moore of Bonnyman, KY.; and his brother Larry Moore. He is survived by: his daughter Frances Moore (Greg); his grandchildren, Rebecca Baker (Jimmy) of Bonnyman, Christy Banks (Josh) of Vicco, Kentucky and Malaki Lewis of Big Creek, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Banks, Kearstyn Banks, Tayah Collins, Aaliyah Baker, Carson Baker and Presley Baker; his sisters, Barbara Gollihue of Grayson, Linda Campbell (JD) of Richmond, Connie Griffie Moore of Hazard and Brenda Carol Reed (Bob) of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his close friends, Tilmon Couch and Roger Combs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701).
