He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Lewis and Lodessal "Louise" Lewis; and his sister Barbara Carroll Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lewis, Derek Lewis and Joshua Lewis; and his siblings, Joanne McIntyre (Lonnie) of Viper, Jerry Lewis (Prudie) of Bonnyman, Dennis Lewis (Shirley) of Benton, Kentucky and Curtis Steven Lewis of Corbin, Kentucky..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vicco Worship Center (274 Main St, Vicco, KY 41773).
