She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Potter and Elizabeth Potter; her siblings, Reva Sue Arnett, Michael Potter and Lloyd Potter; and her son Paul Mitchell Slone.
She is survived by: her children, Shannda Amburgey (Jackie), Nancye Amburgey (Banny) and Chris Slone (Jean); and her grandchildren, Brandi Hunsucker (Justin), Tiffany Harris (Dustin), Josh Slone, Tyler Slone (Samantha), Jason Amburgey (Anthony) and Josh Amburgey (Kendra). She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the View Chapel (352 Roy Campbell Dr, Hazard, KY 41701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
