She is survived by: her son Timothy Otis Osborne (Susan); her grandchildren, Kymber Asher, Cody Osborne and Amanda; and her great grandchild Harleigh Jade Asher.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home (155 Hickory St, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
