With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Dean Mullins of Hazard, Kentucky, born in Amburgey, Kentucky, who passed away on April 23, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Imogene Sizemore Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Carole Mullins; his children, Harold Mullins Jr. (Amanda), Nathan Nicholas Mullins, Shae Cornett (Justin) and Stacy Williams; his grandchildren, Mallory Williams, Madison Williams, Dane Mullins, Hayden Arnett, Brock Arnett, Abby Conley (Tony), Lexi Mullins, Taylor Mullins, Aiden Cornett, Evan Cornett, Ian Cornett and Sadie Cornett; his great grandchildren, Rowen Thomas and Steven Conley; and his siblings, Zena Slone (Rick), Eugene Mullins (Teresa), Greg Mullins (Theresa) and Host. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Knott County Central Athletic Department.
