She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Caudill and Dulcena Allen Caudill; and her husband Donnie Couch. She is survived by: her brother Bill Caudill; her daughters, Stella Anita Napier (Glenn) and Tammie Farler; her grandchildren, Glenn Paul Napier II (Rebecca), Audra Leigh Napier and Thomas King (Megan); her great grandchildren, Madelyn Grace Napier and Jack Lucas Napier; her niece Edna "Sissy" Eldridge; and her daughter Donna Kay Napier (Jim).
