She is survived by: her siblings, Kathleen Moore and Ferlin Joseph; her sons, Arthur Ewing Carter (Nick), Donald D. Carter II (Andrea Carter) and Joseph Todd Carter; and her grandchildren, Andrea Michelle Carter, Nicholas Ewing Carter, Daniel Lewis Carter, Aaron Tristan Carter and Susie D. Carter. She is also survived by great grand children, nieces, nephews and cousins.
