He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Eversole and Tabitha Marie McIntosh Eversole; and his brother Ford Eversole. He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Collinsworth of Paintsville, KY, Heather Davidson of Hazard and Amy Maggard of Cincinnati, OH; his siblings, Elmer Eversole, Jr. (Judy), Marie Napier of Rowdy, KY and Maxine Stamper of Gays Creek, KY; and his grandchildren, Savannah Eversole, Alexis Davidson, Isaac Davidson and Joshua Maggard, Jr.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
