It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Burkhart (Hazard, Kentucky), born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar Burkhart and Elijah Burkhart; his daughter Connie Noble; and his siblings, Benny Burkhart, Herb Burkhart, Leo Burkhart and Ima J. Williams.

He is survived by : his son-in-law Willie Noble; his adoptive daughter Shonna Russell; and his siblings, James Burkhart, Martha Gross of Combs and Elma Burkhart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
