He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Crawford and Rosemary Frisby; and his siblings, Virginia Crawford and Charles Nicholas Crawford. He is survived by: his stepmother Florence Crawford of Hazard; his siblings, Scott Crawford of Hazard, David Crawford of Princeton, IN, Karen Luttrell of Hazard, Lois Miller of Hazard, Tina Jackson of Hazard and Danielle Crawford of Hazard; and his close friends, Patricia Green, Nellie Jones and Jerry Gross.
