He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Ann Combs of Hazard, Kentucky; his children, Stephanie Nichelle Muccio (John) and Phillip Anthony Combs of Richmond, Kentucky; his brother Colborn "Colby" Grant Combs of Casey County; his grandchildren, Raven, Finneus and Adelyn; and his sibling's children, Sunshine, Shenandeah, Jacob Combs and Cobey Alexander Combs. He is also survived by other relatives & friends.
