He was predeceased by: his father Eli Couch Jr.; his grandparents, Geneva, Henry Sizemore, Eli (Pim) and Sadie Couch; and his cousin Travis Baker.
He is survived by: his mother Wanda Deaton (Kenneth); his wife Jessica Couch; his children, Jordan Tyler Couch, Joseph Bradley Couch and Bailey Elizabeth Couch; his niece Kylie Michelle Johnson; and his sister Tina Michelle Johnson (Tony). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701-1922). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
