He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mosley and Thelma Mosley; and his brothers, Granville Mosley, Levi Mosley and Charles Fugate.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Spencer and James J. Herald; his siblings, William Herald, Johnny Johnson, Boyd Fugate, Patsy Couch, Jackie Gibson, Rethia Neace, Evonne Neace and Linda Mosley Johnson; and his close friends, Libby Couch, Donnie Fugate, Lee McIntyre and Amos Walker. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, and many other relatives & friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701-1922). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
