He is survived by : his daughter Rebecca Collins of Hazard, KY; his brothers, Charles Collins (Peggy), Roger Collins and Johnny Collins (Kathy); his grandchildren, Paige Williams and Bryan Williams; and his great grandchildren, Rayder Woods and Rayge Woods.
