He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Bush and Dora Cole Bush; and his brother Charlie Bush, Jr. (Joe). He is survived by: his wife Tina Bush of Ary; his children, Mandy Bush (Sam Richie) and Archie Collins (Elisha); his siblings, Larry Wayne Bush of Barwick, Gary Keith Bush of Gays Creek, David Bush of Barwick and Patricia Spicer of Gays Creek; his grandchildren, Sam Richie, Ashley Collins and Whitney Collins; and his great grandchild Callie Becknell.
