He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fox and Betty Green of Hazard, Kentucky.; and his nephew Kolston Fox Green. He is survived by: his brothers, Charles Gordon Green (Judy) of Bradenton and George Diane; his nephew Joshua Green (Danielle) of Lexington; his nieces, Ashley (Donnie Paul) of Hazard and Elizabeth Shearer (Cameron) of Conifer, Colorado.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lawson, Zoey, Eli, Maddox, Sawyer, Addison and Atlas.
