He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Amy Couch Hamilton; his children, Elizabeth Hamilton of Hazard, KY and Ethan Hamilton of Hazard, KY; his parents, Robert L. Hamilton (Bob) and Edith Eversole Hamilton of Hazard, KY; his sister Debbie Hamilton of Winchester, KY; his parents-in-law, Kenny and Teresa Couch of Hyden, KY; his nephew Josh Lickliter (Kimberly) of Sassafras, KY; and his brother-in-law Kendall Couch (Becky) of Hyden, KY.. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
