He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Clutts and Melvin Clutts; his wife Brandy Lewis; his sons, Gavin Clutts, Bradyn Clutts and Waylon Clutts; his stepsons, Connor Lewis and Colin Lewis; his niece Faith Clutts; his parents-in-law, Edna Collins, Archie and Deborah Everage; his aunt Sylvia Lynn Napier; his cousin Tracy Watts (Gerald); and his brother Joseph Warren (Friends).
