She is survived by: her parents, Johnny Collins and Kathy Whitaker Collins; her daughter Catherine Allen of Harrodsburg, KY; her sisters, Pascha Collins of Lexington, KY and Arnella Sizemore (Ryan) of Hazard, KY; her granddaughter Raegan; her niece Zoie Collins; her great-niece Sadie Ray; her nephews, Cory Baker and Casey Baker; and her uncle Roger Collins (Friends).
