He is survived by : his father Lacy Deaton of Hazard; his girlfriend Annie Combs of Ary; his children, Jed Collins of Hazard, Eric Collins of Hazard, Marcus Collins of Hazard, Kaila Collins of Hazard, Abigail Collins of Ary and Lyla Collins of Ary; his siblings, Tommy Chandler (Kristi), Shawn Chandler (Savannah), Adam Chandler (Monica), Chris Gibson (Makayla), Trella Collins, Lige of Hazard, Deborah Williams of Hazard and Kimberly Deaton of Hazard; and his friends, Anthony Joseph, Jess, Lloyd Melton and Bryana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
