He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Cornett; and his brother David Cornett. He is survived by: his wife Heather Dawn Bush; his children, Xaviera "Dakota" Anne Cornett of Hazard, KY, Brooklynne-Jo Madison Cornett of Hazard, KY and Raiyne Ethan Hunter Cornett of Hazard, KY; his brother George "Nordie" Cornett (Ann) of Hazard, KY; his grandchildren, Zoey Nortness and Quart Joseph; and his nephews, Joe and David.
