She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Lewis (Clifford); her granddaughters, Adrian Pratt (Eric) and Amanda Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Pratt (Axel Smallwood), Haylee Hoskins (Dillon), Addyson Pratt of Eric, E. J, Pratt Jr. and Hoskins.
