She is survived by: her children, Beth Spencer-Walsh (Ryan) of Georgetown, KY and Alex Spencer (Katie) of Hazard, KY; her grandchildren, Logan and Everlee; her son Daniel Feltner; her sister Tootie Adams; and her niece Tami Franks.
