She is survived by : her husband Jack of Chapmanville; her daughters, Michelle Smith (David Vecchio) of Hamilton and Myra Couch of Barboursville; her brother Edward Bishop (Delphia) of Hazard; her siblings-in-law, Lucille Johnson Bishop of Hazard and Robert Harden (Tara Kokoski) of Lookout; and her pet Brody.
