He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirby Lane Combs, Sr. and Clara Combs; his wife Doris Combs; and his stepson Derrick Craft. He is survived by: his sons, Kirby Herman "Ben" Combs of Hazard and David Combs (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Christopher Combs, Zachary Combs and Cameron Combs; and his sisters, Diane Kronemeyer (Kelly), Gail Colwell of Hazard, Dina Campbell (Don), Charlene Dunsil of Lexington, KY, Teresa Gross (Claymon), Mary Carol Joseph (Robert III) and Connie Combs of Christopher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
