She is survived by: her children, Greg Combs of Hazard, Sandy Bryant (Ray), Grace Ann Riley of Hazard and Shirley Coots of Hazard; and her siblings, Andrew Lewis (Shirley), Kenneth Lewis (Shirley), Jim David Lewis (Connie), Ed Lewis (Phyllis), Lee Lewis (Paula), Shirley Halcomb of Viper, Peggy Huff (Eli), Kathy Nichols of Couchtown and Opal Johnson (Joe). She is also survived by Nine Grandchildren, Eight Great-Grandchildren, and a host of other Relatives.
