He was predeceased by: his parents, Else Campbell and Josephine Williams Campbell; and his grandmothers, Ella Mae Campbell and Alice Riley. He is survived by: his fiancée Holly Sandlin of Ary, KY; his son Zackary Ryan Campbell of Ary, KY; his mother-in-law Sharon Barger of Ary, KY; his brother-in-law Cameron Sandlin of Buckhorn, KY; his siblings, Mark Campbell of Typo and Lorene Hurt of Rowdy, KY; his aunt Tammy Couch of Typo; and his great-niece Adelynn Hurt. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and special friends.
