He is survived by: his wife Alice Fugate; his children, Jeremiah Strugill (Tosha), Dakoda Fugate, Peyton Fugate, Jordan Pratt and Haylee Osborne (Nick); his siblings, Chuck Fugate (Melinda), Ashley and Amber; his sister-in-law Stephanie Brown; his grandchildren, Karliegh, Logan, Addison, Kaiden, Bailor, Jagger, Kyndall, Abby and Remi; his nieces, Mackenzie, Morgan, Chole, Allison and Bailey; his close friends, Jessica Stidham (Logan) and Jalan Dean Collins; and his pet Jack Daniel Allen Fugate.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
