He was predeceased by : his father Farmer Baker; and his brother Timothy Shawn Baker. He is survived by : his mother Darlene Baker; and his siblings, Carolyn Eddington (Brett) of Viper, KY, Stephanie Baker of Hazard, KY, John Baker (Edwina) of Hazard, KY, James Baker (Janie) of Booneville, KY, Michael Baker of Hazard, KY and Chris Baker (Ashley) of Hazard, KY. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
