She is survived by: her children, Lonnie Turner, II of Hazard, Hillary Lewis of Lexington, KY and Rachelle Maymon Ernst of Jeffersonville, IN; her sister Rosie Jane Wright (Bobby); her grandchildren, McKenna Marion, Samuel Carroll, Kevyn McQuay, Ethan Ernst, Oliver Lewis and Ryan Tevis; and her great grandchildren, Lyric, Delilah and Luna. She is also survived by Brothers, and other relatives and friends.
