She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred V. Adams and Sarah Tolliver Adams; and her siblings, Mary Lou Marcum and Don Adams. She is survived by: her husband Harold Combs of Jeff, KY; her son Andy Combs (Melanie); her grandson Maddox Combs of North Redington Beach, FL; her sister Flo Galloway (Teddy); and her close friend Frances Hurt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
