Hospital; her husband Michael Feltner of Chavies; her children, Craig Feltner of Chavies, David Feltner of Hazard, Bobby Brown (Charlene) and Julie Pryor (Esthus); and her brother Mark Gibbear (Susan). She is also survived by Five Grandchildren, Eight Great-Grandchildren.
