She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Wells and Hazel Carter Wells; her husband Kelsey Columbus; her sons, Danny and Gregory Stacy; and her siblings, Maurice, Paul Wells and Christine Andrews.

She is survived by: her sons, Tony Stacy (Georgia) of Hazard, KY and Tim Stacy (Rebecca) of Whitley City, KY; her sister Wanda Campbell of Big Creek, KY; and her nephew Friends.
