She is survived by: her husband Melvin Merrill Campbell of LaFollette, TN; her children, Roger Creech (Mary Ann), Yvonne Steely of Middlesboro, KY, Karen McIntyre and Jerry of Viper; her daughter-in-law Linda Kay Creech of Slemp, KY; her brother-in-law Mitchell Parrott of Dayton, OH.; and her nieces and nephews, Ernest Gene and Kupie Cornett. She is also survived by Five Step-Children.
