She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Feltner and Elizabeth Oliver Feltner; and her siblings, Faye Eversole, Harrison Feltner, James Feltner and Joe E. Feltner.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Gabbard, Beth Anne Napier Jones, Joy Gabbard (Jeff), Mark Napier (Mossa) and Donnie Napier; her siblings, Lois Jean Everage and Albert Feltner; and her pet Oscar. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren.
