She is survived by: her children, Mary Elizabeth Combs of Brownsfork, KY, Darlene Neace (Doug) of Knott County, KY, Diane Fugate (Ricky) of Brownsfork, KY and Daniel Melton of Brownsfork, KY; her brother Jack Collins of Krypton, KY; her half-brothers, Glenn Collins of Hazard, KY and Ervin Collins of Stanton, KY; her grandchildren, Jeanette Brown, Joshua Fugate and Tamara Blackburn; and her great grandchildren, Skyler, Riley, Gabriel and Elijah.
