He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Estep and Nance Fugate Estep; his siblings, Nellie McIntosh, Evalee Turner, Farmer Estep and Tommy Estep; and his mother-in-law Adna Napier.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Estep of Hazard; his daughters, Stephanie Jean Daniel of Hazard and Angela Estep of Bonnyman; his siblings, Mary Engle of Lost Creek and Taylor Estep of Hazard; and his grandchildren, Destiny, Heaven, Harmony and Matthew. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
