He is survived by: his mother Donna Dean Lopez of Big Creek, KY; his wife Sherry Bailey-Lopez of Prestonsburg, KY; his children, Angela Lopez-Coots, James of Lexington, KY, Michael Tyler Lopez and Amy of Brookwood, Alabama; his brother Peter Dean Lopez of Big Creek, KY; his mother-in-law Brenda Davis Bailey of Hazard, KY; and his grandchildren, Cameron Bryce Coots, Colton Brody Coots and Asher Michael Lopez. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives & friends.
