He is survived by: his brothers, Elbert White of Typo, KY, Allison White of Fifteen Mile, Harrison White of Fifteen Mile and Arnold White of Fifteen Mile; his close friend Judy Collins of Fifteen Mile; his granddaughter Kendra Faye Collins of Chavies, KY; and his great grandchild Riley Blake Fugate of Chavies, KY. He is also survived by many other relatives & friends.
