He is survived by: his wife Linda Russell Combs; his son Mark Combs (Alana) of Hazard, KY; his sisters, Rebecca Bell (Charlie) of Sassafras, KY, Judy Catron (James) of Hindman, KY and Angela Combs of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Cassidy Combs, Seth Combs and Chloe Combs.
