She is survived by: her granddaughters, Amanda Dezarn (Chris) of Manchester, KY, Jess Spurlock (Chris) of Hazard, KY and Katie Hartgrove (Alex) of Prestonsburg, KY; and her great grandchildren, Maci Spurlock, EJ Ringo, Mason Turner, Oakley Spurlock, Owen Dezarn, William Dezarn, Benjamin Hartgrove and Oliver Hartgrove.
