She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Campbell and Carrie Campbell (Fugate); her husband Billy Ray; her son Mark Ray; and her siblings, Lewis Campbell, Thelma Miller and Martha Campbell.
She is survived by: her daughter Anita Nash; her son-in-law Jay; her granddaughters, Jazmin and Madelyn; and her sisters, Lou Bush, Laura Smith (Gary), Dena Neace (Glen), Neva Williams (Erwin) and Patricia Woodhull (Alan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
