She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Lasslo (Mike) of Hazard, KY and Missy Jones (David) of Hazard, KY; her sister Billie Smith of Hazard, KY; her grandchildren, Nick Lasslo (Kim), Tyler Lasslo and Casey Meredith (Zach); and her great grandchildren, Jordyn, Gavin, Elijah and Tucker.
