She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Pankey Sr. of Hazard and Dorothy Louise Pankey of Hazard; and her brothers, Andrew Pankey, Charles Pankey and Alexander Pankey of Hazard.

She is survived by : her siblings, Ann Cornett (George) of Hazard, Clara Caywood of Winchester, Kentucky, Alfred Pankey Jr. of Germany, Lewis Pankey (Rosemary), Paul Pankey of Cincinnati and George Pankey (June) of Lexington. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
