He is survived by: his wife Wendy Stacy; his children, Raelynn Hollifield (Anthony) of Hazard, KY and Timothy Stacy (Leslie); his nieces and nephews, Mark Minnick, Greg Reynolds, Michael Reynolds, Melissa Minnick and Jennifer Reynolds; his grandchildren, Brook (Robert), Raegan (Devin), Auttumn, Ashton, Natalie, Matthew, Debbie, Jackie, Kaitlyn, Courtney, Kevin and Kiara (Caitlyn); and his great grandchildren, Easton and Emrisyn.
